Individual CMC Capital projects have delivered returns between 10% IRR and 40% IRR.  Typically each investment structure includes several properties, so as to lower the investment risk through asset and geographic diversification.

Typically an investment return of 12% to 20% IRR is targeted, based on a mix of core, value-added and opportunistic investments, and gearing levels of 50% or more. 

Our firm has a track record of return on investment.  We also have a track record of identifying timely entry and exit points on a market basis, as well as for individual asset purchase and disposal decisions.
